Each partner brings its own expertise to the collective. More profiles will be added here.

Climate resilience and migration

Migrants Resilience Collaborative (MRC)

A collective working across South and Southeast Asia to strengthen resilience for migrant and informal workers, through climate-responsive social protection, climate risk insurance, heat adaptation and community-led resilience.

In Bengaluru, MRC supports the Community Climate Action Collective, which works with migrant and informal workers on climate literacy and leadership, and with ward and city administrations so that vulnerable workers are at the centre of urban resilience planning.

Youth-led climate action

Restless Development India

Supports young people to lead in solving the challenges faced by them and their communities, including climate change, gender equality, livelihoods and education.

It builds young people's skills and connections so they can act on their own priorities and influence the decisions that affect their lives.

Deliberative democracy

Socratus Collective Wisdom Corporation

Seeks to bring out collective wisdom to solve wicked problems, with a vision of a flourishing India in the era of climate change.

Socratus builds bottom-up narratives for climate change and spaces where diverse people, tools and skills come together, so that climate action is both deliberate and deeply felt.

Research and evidence

WRI India

An independent research organisation working with cities, communities and governments to build urban resilience through research that connects people, nature and climate action.

WRI India uses data and expertise to drive change across food, land, water, energy and cities.
